01In detail
What confidentiality means here
What you share in a session stays between you and your professional. We do not discuss your session with family, employers or anyone else without your consent.
Session notes, where kept, are stored securely and used only to support your continued care.
The limits of confidentiality
There are narrow situations where a professional may have to act — where there is a serious and immediate risk to your life or someone else's, where a child or vulnerable person may be at risk, or where disclosure is required by law or a court.
If such a situation arises, we will tell you what we need to do and why, wherever it is safe to do so.
The details you send us
The booking form collects only what is needed to arrange your session: your name, age, contact details, preferred session type and timing, and a short note about what you would like support with.
Enquiries sent through WhatsApp travel over WhatsApp's own service and are subject to their terms. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, call us instead.
This website runs no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics profiling. Fonts and assets are served with the site itself.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
Write to hello@alphaconsultancy.in or call 9830188392 and we will act on your request.
Before launch
This page is a working draft. Replace it with the exact confidentiality terms, data-retention periods, storage locations and professional registration details that apply to Alpha Consultancy, and have a legal or professional-body reference check it before the site goes live.
In an emergency, please don't wait for a session.
Alpha Consultancy's services support well-being through counselling, evaluation and consultation. They are not a substitute for emergency psychiatric or medical care, and we make no promise of cure or guaranteed recovery. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or having thoughts of self-harm, call 112, reach Tele-MANAS on 14416 (24×7, free), or go to the nearest hospital.
